At this event, we will highlight projects and shower gratitude.

This appreciation event is a celebration of the accomplishments of volunteer citizen science projects, docents and interpretive staff within Cape Perpetua area.

The event is open to all current, prospective and newly committed volunteers engaging in agency, community groups or NGO efforts within the Cape Perpetua Marine Reserve and Marine Protected Areas in addition to adjacent special management areas activities – visitors center and trail docents, whale watch volunteers, Coastwatch, Surfrider, Audubon, USFS, OPRD, ODFW and many more!

We will provide some brief updates on developing partnership work at Cape Perpetua and learn about a variety of projects that take place in the area.

Food and drink will be provided. Please select your meal option on the RSVP form so we can plan accordingly.

  • At this time, we plan to hold this event at the Yachats Commons-Pavilion. It is outside. Plans could change with short notice and we will send out details should we need to cancel.
