Bats of the Pacific Northwest

Cape Perpetua Fall Speaker Series – Presentations begin at 11:00am

Sara Rose, from the Northwestern Bat Hub, will cover the basics of bat biology, echolocation, and diversity. She will review the role of the Bat Hub in the greater scheme of bat conservation and monitoring, as well as what being a bat researcher actually entails on a day-to-day basis.

***Parking & seating limited. Please plan accordingly.

The event is free, but a Northwest Forest Pass, Oregon Coast Passport, federal recreation pass, or $5 day-use fee is required within the Cape Perpetua Scenic Area and at some trailheads and day use sites.
