Presenting Lindsay Adrean, Lead Faculty Research Assistant with Oregon Marbled Murrelet Project
Description
During this presentation, Lindsay will provide an overview of the research being conducted by the Oregon Marbled Murrelet Project. Researchers on the project have captured and radio-tagged murrelets over three years, so far, to investigate their forest nesting habits and at-sea movements along the coast of Oregon.
About the Presenter
Lindsay received her M.Sc. in Wildlife Science from Oregon State University where her research focused on avian predation of juvenile salmon in San Francisco Bay. She then spent several years working for the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife in Tillamook and Salem working on avian predation issues and implementing the Oregon Conservation Strategy. Lindsay is now the Lead Faculty Research Assistant on the Oregon Marbled Murrelet Project.
