Field-trip
Video Series

Through a comprehensive visitor intercept survey, the Cape Perpetua Collaborative has learned that visitors who are not from Oregon are less aware of the local gems. Oregon Residents who visit, and return again and again, seek new opportunities to connect with the area. We want to encourage visitors to appreciate the significance around them and become stewards.

The goal of this project is to develop 5 short videos to foster conservation and collaboration, increase awareness of recreating responsibly with invitations to join in ongoing citizen science projects, encouraging stewardship from the land to the sea in and around Cape Perpetua Marine Reserve and Protected Areas, connecting stories to strategy species and bringing alive the cultural and historical significance of the focus areas.
